Please follow the instructions below when returning products:

Products may only be returned with prior authorization from RCS. RCS accepts no responsibility for products returned without prior written authorization. Any items returned to RCS should be in their original packaging and in the same condition when originally purchased.

All requests for adjustments must be made within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking charge of 15% of the selling price will be made on returns unless an error was made by RCS.

This offer is only valid for products purchased directly from RCS and its authorized distributors.
