Prices and specifications shown are current at the time. Regent Science Industry Limited make every effort to hold these prices and specifications,however, prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All prices are in US dollars.
In general，in-stock products to ship 2-3 business days following receipt of 100% advanced payment. We ship orders FOB HongKong or Shenzhen. Payment terms are Net 30 Days from the date of invoice.
Wire transfer/bank draft payments - An additional charge of $20 US per transaction will be incurred for bank charges.
Credit Card will be processed by paypal.
For all international orders applicable duties and/or taxes will be paid by customer upon import.
USE OF PRODUCTS
Our products are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and are not to be used for any other purposes.
WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
We warrant that its products shall conform to the description of such products as provided , analytical data or other literature.We shall not in any event be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind resulting from any use or failure of the products. This limitation expressly includes but is not limited to, damages to a third party occasioned by such product. All claims must be brought within 60 days after receipt of the material by the Buyer, regardless of their nature.
Temperature sensitive products must be placed in long term storage in the specified conditions (per COA) by thecustomer. If the product degrades or fails to meet specifications as a result of being stored outside of these conditions
We shall not in any event be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind resulting from any use or failure of the products, even if We has been advised of the possibility of such damage including, without limitation, liability for loss of use, loss of work in progress, down time, loss of revenue or profits, failure to realize savings, loss of products of buyer or other use or any liability of buyer to a third party on account of such loss, or for any labor or any other expense, damage or loss occasioned by such product including personal injury or property damage unless such personal injury or property damage is caused ours gross negligence. All claims must be brought within one (1) year of shipment, regardless of their nature.
RETURN POLICY
Please follow the instructions below when returning products:
Products may only be returned with prior written authorization from us. We accept no responsibility for products returned without prior written authorization. Any items returned to us should be in their original packaging and in the same condition when originally purchased.
All requests for adjustments must be made within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking charge of 15% of the selling price will be made on returns unless an error was made by us.
This offer is only valid for products purchased directly from us and its authorized distributors.
